Welcome to BudgetWise. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of BudgetWise's application and website, located at 45, Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong.

By accessing and using BudgetWise (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use the Service.

• **No Financial Advice:** BudgetWise provides tools for expense tracking and budgeting. We are not a licensed financial advisor, and all information provided within the app is for informational purposes only. You should consult a professional financial advisor before making any financial decisions.
• **Data Accuracy:** While we strive for accuracy, BudgetWise is not responsible for errors or omissions in your financial data. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all transaction data.
• **Third-Party Services:** BudgetWise uses secure third-party services to connect to your financial institutions. By using the Service, you grant us permission to use these services and agree to their respective terms.

4. Subscriptions and Fees

• **Billing:** The Service is billed on a subscription basis (Basic, Pro, Premium). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
• **Free Trial:** We may offer a free trial for a limited time. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee for the plan you selected.
• **Refunds:** Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

In no event shall BudgetWise, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
